Physical Therapist Source is a division of NurseRecruiter.com which was founded in 1999 and located in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Physicaltherapist.com is an online job portal designed to connect healthcare employers with Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory Therapists in search of employment. Nurserecruiter.com has been the market leader in it's field and our goal is to position physicaltherapistsource.com as a leader in the Therapist online field.

Mr. Conway has over twenty five years experience in the staffing industry and was the former founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Renaissance Worldwide, a global provider of business & technology consulting services which started as a ten person operation in 1985 and grew into a publicly traded $800 million business and consulting firm employing over 6,000 professionals in over 100 locations worldwide. He has been honored four times as a finalist of Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Al Porter: COO

Mr. Porter has over thirty years of diversified experience in the marketing and staffing fields. He has held positions in staffing firms as a Vice President Operations, COO, President, and Regional Vice President for a billion dollar international staffing firm. He has been successful in developing businesses and growing revenue through new office expansion, branding, and the addition of new services. He was the founder of one of the first virtual staffing networks in the country. Mr. Porter is responsible for the daily operations of the business.

Steve Floridia: Director of Technical Services

Mr. Floridia has over twenty five years experience in the technical consulting field as a Web Programmer/Analyst, Systems Integrator, Software Engineer and Project Manager. He has worked as a Consultant with many well known companies in this area including Genetics Institute, Webhire, Bob Villa's Home Improvement, Sears Online, Allmerica Financial, Christian Science Monitor, Candela Laser, World-Link Communications and has been commended for his non-profit work for Vineyard Conservation Society of Martha's Vineyard. He is responsible for all technical aspects of the business and website.
